To establish Southeast University Library as a key learning hub, the administration follows these core objectives:

• Support the teaching, learning, and research programs of the university through relevant resource acquisition.
• Develop comprehensive collections to meet present and future user requirements in both physical and digital formats.
• Organize collections and structure services to ensure timely and user-friendly access to library resources.
• Promote resource sharing and professional networking among other university libraries in Bangladesh and abroad.
• Introduce state-of-the-art, technology-enabled library services for faster circulation and user support.
• Provide reprographic services, citation checking, documentation, and inter-library loan facilities.
