Core Rules Summary
- Reference volumes, dictionary collections, and rare books are strictly for reading room use and cannot be loaned.
- Books can be held or reserved online through the Koha OPAC dashboard by logging into your patron profile.
- Overdue items will attract standard daily fines as per Southeast University Library administrative policies.
- Patrons are responsible for any physical damage or loss of borrowed library materials and must replace them or pay the recovery value.
