Guidelines for Library Loan Limits, Overdue Policies, and Renewals

User Category	Book Limit	Duration	Special Rules
Teaching Faculty	6 Books	Full Semester	Bound journals: up to 15 days
Registered Students	2 Books	10 Days	Renewable once if no hold requests exist
General Staff / Community	6 Books	7 Days	Renewal limits apply

Reference volumes, dictionary collections, and rare books are strictly for reading room use and cannot be loaned.
Books can be held or reserved online through the Koha OPAC dashboard by logging into your patron profile.
Overdue items will attract standard daily fines as per Southeast University Library administrative policies.
Patrons are responsible for any physical damage or loss of borrowed library materials and must replace them or pay the recovery value.
