Code of Conduct & Guidelines for all Library Visitors
Visitor Rules
All members of the Southeast University library community must strictly adhere to the following visitor rules:
- All personal bags, folders, and belongings must be deposited at the baggage counter before entering the study areas.
- Silence must be observed at all times. Group discussions should be restricted to designated discussion rooms.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or placed in completely silent mode inside the library premises.
- No food, drinks, smoking, or hazardous materials are allowed inside any library section. Water bottles with caps are permitted.
- Leave books on the study tables after reading; library staff will collect and shelf them properly.
- Reference materials, rare manuscripts, and journals must be read within the library reference zone and require permission for copying.
- The library staff reserves the right to inspect any book, document, or personal item at the gate during exit.
